Welcome

Welcome on my Journey.
My name is Lorenzo Becker, I'm a teen bodybuilder, born on October 2nd 1992. I'm actually 16 years old and will turn 17 soon.

My goal is to turn pro one day and I'm determined to do my best, train hard and do some big damage on the Ifbb scene.

My first contest will be the 2011 Ifbb France Championship, I'll go for the Junior class + overall, among men.

Some Forearms

I usually do wist curls at the end of any workouts (Chest, back, delts and arms. On leg days my additionnal exercice is for calves.).
 I use a straigth barbell and a range of reps about 8-12 reps per sets. You have to shock the forearms quick and hard if you want them grow.
I usually do 4 sets of wist curls, and take a short rest between sets, like 45 seconds.
I also hit them very hard when I do heavy hammer curls, or reverse-grip barbell curls, for the brachii.

Lorenzo has no legs?

Some weeks ago, somebody told me ' you never show your legs, I bet it's because you got no legs '
So, here are some pictures showing my wheels.
The fact is, I'm a bit more shy about my legs, I don't know why.
My legs are very ractive, one workout every two or three weeks is enougth for make them grow.
It's weird, sure, but that's how my body do respond.
Also, it allows me some more days for adding chest and delts days.
So... legless?

Those fuckin Rest Days

Du calme et du repos naissent en moi une haine et une faim incommensurables, c'est insupportable de sentir toute cette énergie qui palpite dans chaque parcelle de mon corps et d'être contraint à la canaliser inutilement... Je hais le repos,... pourtant facteur majeur de la réussite.
Calme et repos sont synonymes de tristesse.
Douleur et folie furieuse de satisfaction éphémère et d'apaisement.

Some Tricep

Yeah, I know, Biceps are over-sized and triceps lagging..
Fuck, I just LOVE to train my biceps, haha, somtimes on GUNS day I just forget to train the triceps..
Anyway, I'm focused on some customed proportions, so, wait and see.
